Cultural Diversity : The Drum Arts and Media Centre, BirminghamDevelopment of the £4.5 million arts centre in the centre of Birmingham in conjunction with Newtown South Aston City Challenge, West Midlands Arts, West Midlands Probation Service and Birmingham City Council for this new centre focusing on African, Caribbean and Asian arts. The initial contract commenced in 1992/3 and the building opened in March/April 1998. (Resolve Consortium Ltd) Comedy : Leicester Comedy Festival LtdProduction of a new three year Business Plan which transformed the organisation from a parochial performing arts festival organisation into a strategically relevant regional creative and media business. (2002) Circus Arts : Circus Space, LondonDevelopment of the Business Plan for the organisation, incorporating the final phase of building works to the Hoxton Square premises, with particular emphasis on marketing and programme. In conjunction with the University of Portsmouth, the City Council, the British Film Institute, and Southern Arts, as well as other agencies in the city and region (1996/7/8). Street Arts : Brighton Creation CentreFeasibility Study developing the strategic vision, and exploring the options for a Creation Centre focusing on street arts and outdoor spectacle; clients were University of Brighton; and Brighton and Hove City Council .
